Why we are building class packs

A product note, written openly because you keep asking and because we would rather think out loud with you.

Right now Solas has memberships for the devoted, drop-ins for the occasional, and an intro for the new. What is missing is the middle: people who practice five or six times a month, love it, and should not have to choose between paying per visit and a membership they will not fully use.

The answer is class packs. Buy ten classes, use them across any studio whenever suits, watch the balance in your account. Fair expiry, shareable with your household, and late-cancel rules that respect both your money and the person on the waitlist.

The honest reason they are not here yet: our booking and billing run on the same platform that runs this whole site, and we would rather the packs work properly on day one than quickly on day zero. Credits that deduct correctly, refunds that behave, balances you can trust.

So packs are coming. If you want to shape them, tell us at the front desk or reply to the Sunday letter: how many classes feel right in a pack, and how long should they last? The first hundred answers genuinely decide it.

Until then, the two-week intro remains the best-value door in, and if you are practicing more than twice a week, the math already favors a membership. We will happily show you that math; it takes about a minute.
